1. Players may only represent countries for which they possess a valid travel (international) passport. Upon request by the organisers, players must present this passport to them.
2. Only national federations can register players for the ECh-2026. Special registration forms with examples of how to register players were sent to the federations of Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Ukraine.
3. All other players, who do not have their own national federation, must be approved for participation by the Executive Committee of the ITHF (executive.committee@ithf.info).
4. Registration for all ECh categories must be done by the end of May 31.
5. Federation may replace a player in a tournament with a “reserve player” (*) or a player who already is registered for some other ECh tournament not later than 2h before the tournament is planned to start.
6. In the case of a player’s participation in the open or open team category, the entry fee is 25 euros. For participation in other official categories, the fee is 10 euros per player. However, the total fee for participation in official categories at ECh-2026 cannot exceed 25 euros per player.
7. Lunches will be provided on 12, 13 and 14 June. You can choose between a vegetarian or meat dish. The cost of lunch will be approximately €15. We will receive more detailed information once registration has closed.
8. Fees and payment for lunches will be accepted in cash only.
9. One representative from each country will register the entire team. This representative must also pay the registration fees and lunch charges to the organisers. Accompanying persons from each team may also order lunch. This information must be entered on the registration form.
10. If a country is not represented by a federation, each player from that country must register and pay for their own lunches.
* Note: Reserve player (player from the same nation who at the moment of registration is not registered to any ECh tournament, but this player could later replace some other player in some tournament) should be registered by the end of June 6.
